It comes with 2 smooth tips and one beaded tip so you can choose the sensation you want to feel as it glides inside your ass. Use it to add lube or to rinse out your ass. Fill the syringe full of a fluid of your choice. Attach the silicone tube to the syringe and then choose a tip to put on the end. Use a little lube on the tip and slip it inside your ass.
